Legal Right To Work in Ireland

Important information:

All applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland in accordance with the Irish Law Order of 1946. Such right may be obtained through citizenship, permanent residency, work permit etc.

All applicants must state in their application the basis of their legal right to work in Ireland, e.g. citizenship, residency, work permit etc.

Applicants not providing this information in their application will not be considered for employment.

The Embassy do not sponsor work permits applications for any candidate applying for local hire positions.

Short-listed applicants will be asked to provide, prior to interview, documentation in support of their legal right to work in Ireland

Applicants with limited legal right to work in Ireland, e.g. “Work in Ireland” student work visa, will not be considered for employment.

Please note that applicants selected for a position within the Embassy will be required to go through an Embassy Security Investigation and pre employment medical prior to appointment.

NOTE: ALL ORDINARILY RESIDENT APPLICANTS MUST BE RESIDING IN COUNTRY AND HAVE THE REQUIRED WORK AND/OR RESIDENCY PERMITS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.
